What data do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. All personal data Dalbunn Design AS collect directly, or through our subcontractors, are stored on our servers and are password protected.  

 

 

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We also share necessary information with our suppliers for shipping & delivery services, such as Posten AS, PostNord AS and their sub suppliers. Your data will then be processed according to the shipping providers and relevant sub suppliers privacy policy.

Information given to shipping providers will be all necessary information to carry out the service, like name, address, phone number, email, relevant information for customs. And relevant information related to the shipped item.

 

 

DNB Bank ASA provide us with our banking services and accounting services. All information required to perform necessary banking and accounting will be shared with DNB Bank ASA, and relevant government entities.

 

 

According to Norwegian accounting regulations it is mandatory to store information related to accounting for minimum 10 years. We and our sub suppliers will apply to these regulations.

 

 

We and our subcontractors can store / transfer personal information to areas outside the EU / EEA areas. In the cases where this is done, it will be based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) being incorporated into the applicable DPA (Data processing agreement).

 

 

 

We store the personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the relevant data processing that has been agreed upon through the visitor's or customer's consent, or through the conclusion of a purchase. For marketing purposes and statutory obligations, this can be 10 years and, in some cases, more than 10 years.

We produce and sell goods within the interior/home decor segment, including but not limited to; Wooden Design trays in solid wood, side tables made of tree stumps and other articles that often fall into the category; table decorations for coffee and dining tables. Our products are popular as cabin interiors, but also interiors for your house.
